Great delivery , the only thing I can say is that Australia post where a bit rough on the parcel even though it was well packaged.

I ordered this headset on April 3rd and got it on April 10th. I've just been using it for 5 days but I can say that it was worth what I paid for. It won't be the perfect headset for noise cancellation if that's what you're looking for. But if you want a headset that would really enhance your gaming experience, this is the most affordable headset of good quality that would best suit your needs.

Visually speaking, the design is very cool. I bought the blue ones and it looked awesome. The sides doesn't light up though as I expected. But who needs a lighting on their headset if the sound quality is spot on.

I use this headset for playing PS4 and Mobile Legends on a Samsung A50. Playing for hours with this headset is very comfortable especially because of the soft cushion above my head. I use it to watch Netflix on my Galaxy S3 as well. The bass is not disappointing at all. Turning volume to max would make you feel like you're inside the movie theatre. Also, the fibre coating of the cord removes my worry about the wire being broken in a short period of time.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this product not just because you get another headset for writing a good review, but more importantly because it could very much be able to compete with other expensive wired headset brands.

My wife loves it. She works from home and is usually on conference calls so voice clarity is must. Also it has noise cancellation which is amazing, she can't hear my daughter playing in next room. I purchased this headset for my 6-year-old son as the speakers on his Switch stopped working. The headset fits him well and I have to assume the noise cancellation works very well as it is impossible to get his attention when he is wearing the headset.

The volume control is simple and easy to use and the cord is quite long. The 3.5mm jack and the USB jack are split at the far end of the cord, meaning it is impossible to lose an adaptor because this headset doesn't use any.

The mic folds away when not in use which, when used by a child, will help prevent accidental damage. I am very happy with the product, especially when comparing it to much more costly options.

These headphones make you feel like you are in the game itself. Has 2 jacks, a regular earphone jack that plugs into the controller as well as a USB plug that plugs in on the back of the console. So I'm going to buy a pair for just to get how much I like these clear. To be fair, I tested these only on a couple games and some rock music. So what I really liked was the softness of the cushion on top that hits your head. It's very soft memory foam but super cushiony! The lights look awesome and are bright enough to be cool but not distract. The build quality is very good and the cords is thick but not stiff or kinky. The cushion for your ears could be a bit more form fitting but heck for the price range this is in I'm ecstatic. My son is going to LOVE this. And it's his favorite color! If you can look past the slight noise canceling issue you're in for a great deal. This thing is amazing!

My last headset was a Sony Gold Wireless stereo headset for PS4. It worked great for the year I had it. Suddenly it became uncomfortable to wear. One of the draw backs to those headsets was it picked up all sounds as well. Couldn’t hide a fart if I wanted to, lol. I decided I should get something new, I came across an older version of these Bengoo Headsets, and the reviews seemed promising so I checked out the newer version and took a leap of faith. I’m glad I did. I personally don’t use headsets much, but these are great, and as a girl, I appreciate how cute they look on me, haha! I would purchase these again. Great sound, very comfortable, and looks good too!

Finally!!!! A headset that can compete woth Turtle Beach for a fraction of the price! I was a little hesitant at first due to such a cheap price to buy, but after gaming for 20 hours I must say it's perfect. It's very comfortable, sound is great, and microphone works perfectly. I would definitely recommend, I use with my xbox one!

By comparison to other very bright head phones, these head phones have a slightly warm tone to them. Otherwise, I find the sound reproduction to be very neutral.
I was referred to purchase this headset because the microphone quality was excellent and in my experience, it has been excellent. It is especially impressive on a "budget" set of headphones.
The headphones have a very strong construction. The only drawback being that the clamping force is slightly too strong. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the purchased.

I’ve had it for a week and been using it 6-8 hours a day. Very impressed. Only thing I can say bad is that there’s way too much extra wire if you’re looking to connect your headset to your controller. Looks like it’s designed to go from headset to console. I have mine going from headset to controller headset adapter. Sound great, surround works well. For the price I’m very pleased.

The audio quality is great, but the microphone is this devices downfall. I have to have the dB boost on 20+ to really utilize it, and even then I get some background 'buzz'. It does it in any device I use it on too. Not bad enough that I won't use it, but sometimes people say it's buzzing and I have to mute/un-mute to make it stop. I think it might just be a ground issue at the connector. Either way, it fits the budget and works.

I've been gaming all my life, and yet here I am as some twenty something and I have yet to purchase gaming headsets for a surround sound advantage to help immerse myself in games. So, looking at all the options I thought I had to purchase a $100+ headset just to get the effect I was looking for.

The surround sound effect is great, and really adds a new level of immersion I never experienced in games. It fits nicely on my head, and I never experienced any cramps or tight fits with this thing. Honestly I'm shocked by how good this thing is, and I'm glad I purchased it.

These headphones are pretty awesome. The ear pieces are really soft and comfortable which is important if wearing them for long periods of time while gaming. They are adjustable so you can fit them to your head and there is another comfort piece on the top so it doesn’t dig into the top of your head. They are a Christmas gift for my son so I haven’t tried them out on a video game yet but I did plug them into my phone to test the sound quality and it seems good to me. The only downside is the box cane damaged but I wouldn’t mind that if it wasn’t a gift. The product was still in great condition. I would highly recommend.

This headset has been wonderful for our son to play his PS4 with friends. He’s used them for hours on end during this COVID-19 pandemic!! I’d say the noise cancellation is good, but our son can still hear us yell at him from the other room (which is a good thing, lol!) He quite enjoys his headset overall! These headphones are great for intense gamers who need more than the average headset. The packaging, which is frustration-free, contains just the headset and the wire which is built in and some instructions and an splitter. As a person who plays games at any spare moment. I approve! The design of the headphones is nice; they have a good black and blue colour scheme with a braided cable which is very long. The logo on the face of the ear cups light up with blue light depending on status, which is nice to see. They feel nice in the hand and don’t feel uncomfortable wearing for prolonged periods of time due to the soft cushioning around the whole headset, although a certain amount of dampness around the ears occurs after a couple of hours solid use. There are a whole host of buttons on the controller which allows for the controlling of the microphone and volume with the scroll wheel. An adapter is included which separates the left and right earcups which provides for an authentic gaming experience. A USB output is included which is necessary for the microphone to work. The sound quality is as of gaming headsets which is very bass heavy and mids and trebles are represented with clarity. Whilst gaming, sound effects sound very nice on top of any background music. You can use the headphones by just plugging and playing but the surround sound won’t work, but they sound very good. The headphones don’t leak a lot of sound which is good. The microphone is not detachable however is folds up when not necessary but it sounds quite good and most people won’t complain with the quality of it. Overall I'm happy and would recommend to my gaming community. I haven’t found anything wrong with these headphones. This gaming headset is a nice upgrade for any gamer out there and for the current price, they are a great bargain and I would highly recommend these to others.

This is good for ps4 consoles , comfortable to wear, lovely colour with an effective microphone. Doesn't look cheap. The only negative is that it changes the sound of your voice, but that's ok. Brilliant sound and amazing quality. The mic is clear and is fixed in a position so that your mouth never gets too close to it. Fully recommend these to whoever is thinking of buying these. Great quality for how cheap they are, VERY comfy and they light up!

Great product and very good price. Read all the reviews on this thought I would give them a try as other headset are a lot more expensive. This arrived quickly in a really nice presentable box. This is a really good standard for a gaming headset. It is certainly worth the money. Really impressed with the sound quality of the headset and the microphone is good as well. The extreme leather like cushioning allow for constant wear as you work and insulated earpieces means a very pure and surround sound while listening to music. The mic is equally high quality picking up my voice without interruptions or echo while this quality is sometimes let down by skype the earphones are faultless. The cord seems really robust so hopefully this will not be a problem with this headset. The remote control on the cord is also very handy and intuitively designed. The whole devise seems strong and hard-wearing although I guess it'll take a few months before that is proven to be the case. My son has also been using it to skype, listen to you tube on his phone and for playing games on his laptop. He has had a few of these headsets but claims this is the best one to date. My son has also enjoyed showing it off to his friends. Only negative is that you can't use the lights on the PS4 unless you are sitting really close to the console as the USB connector is really short. All in all a great headset for Skype, work and listening to music in general. No doubt this would translate to gaming.

Delivery was quick and packing fine. The build quality and the materials for the price is pretty much what is to be expected and the comfort is reasonable. The plastics of the headband have a rubbery silicone finish and the ear cup sections are a high gloss piano finish like plastic. The padded PU leather sections are of good quality and assembly. The cable, however is a potential tangle fest. Thankfully the weight of the control box does manage to keep the top section of the cable in check, but the lower section can be a problem. On a desktop this is thankfully minimal, however with a laptop and on the move this is quite frankly an annoyance. The headphone cable length is a little over 2.2m long excluding the connectors and the adapter cable measures 13cm long excluding the connectors. The headphones have two connectors, A three pole 3.5mm connector that handles the audio input and microphone output. This plug is suitable for use on a tablet or phone, but if you are using with a PC or laptop you will need to use the supplied splitter adaptor otherwise the microphone will not function. The second is a USB A connector, this however only provides power for the LED lighting function of the headphones. The G9000's do not have a sound processor and they cannot simply just be used via USB. All of the controls for the headphones are on an inline control panel. On the front of the panel there is a 22.8mm dial that controls volume. On the edge there is a slider switch that allows you to mute the microphone. The lighting is best described as accent lighting that when worn will not be seen, even in the dark, thankfully by not plugging in the USB port it is not active. If you are at a LAN party or have friends around its a show-off feature that looks ok. Highly recommend these headsets to anyone looking for peace and calm whilst kids play on the games console. Definitely recommend for the price, obviously better headphones out there but at a higher cost. Besides, I think if you treat the headset well and don't take it out and about on your travels and don't adjust the headband or microphone arm too often it should serve you well for two or three years.

I’ve been using them everyday since they were delivered. I absolutely love them. Only problem is the usb to light the headset up. The wire should be made longer so that when people are gaming the headset can be lit up without having to buy another connector.

The bold, bright red caught my eye while browsing a replacement for my son and WOW it is even more vibrant in person. Add the built in lighting effect and oooohhhh! Now the recipient, my son who is you normai demaning/picky teenager, as well as avid gamer, has yet to voice a single complaint! That there says it ALL! WIn conclusion WE highly recommend this headset as it has proven to be of satisfactory, both performance wise and aesthetically!

Very good quality headset for the price. These are no turtle beaches but they are pretty close. I do not like how bulky they are but hey I hear game volume and game chat and they are super comfy. I also like how I can put these on for my XB1 and any PS4. You don't need to plug in the USB, that is only for if you want the blue lights to turn on which is another cool feature.

I bought these for my son to use on his x-box one when he is playing with peers. He is only 10 and can be a bit rough on headphones, so I didn’t want to spend a ton. They feel pretty durable so hopefully they last us a while. Very comfortable to wear. He loves the style of them, especially the colored lights. The sound quality is decent for an inexpensive pair and the directional sensitivity is excellent and far superior than listening to the sound through the television. The microphone also works well and have no complaints about sound quality on the other end. I like that the microphone can be easily switched off for private conversations. Great headphones for the price.

My sons love this headset - which they use with their Xbox One. They say it is much better than the previous one they had... A green and black headset(I'm not mentioning the brand on purpose). They say the sound is much better and their friends say that they sound much better when they play their games. Since I do not use it myself, this is about all I can say.

I opened the package and was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the headphone. The gaming headphone is classic bulky shape and are wired with inline controls for volume and Mic mute. Good quality headphones.I find them a bit bulky, but they are light and comfortable. The best thing about headsets is you can play the PC without the rest of us having to listen to the sounds of the game. The plus for you is these headphones cancel out background noise. The ear pieces are very well padded and the top of the headphones has padding to make the fit extremely comfortable. The microphone is very highly dynamic and doesn't pick up too many pops or breathing noises, while it still captures your voice very clearly if you are playing a multi-player online game. The control has an inline mute switch for the microphone and volume controls for the headphones so that he doesnt need to leave the game to adjust the volume or turn on or off the microphone. As long as you listen to the quality music or watch dvd it makes sense how awesome they are.

When I first got the headphones, I was shocked to see how good the sound quality was and how the mic is very clear. My friends can hear me perfectly. it is usually hard to game with other headphones but these made it so I could feel like i was in the game.

The headphones have a pretty decent sound quality and sometimes do provide some noise canceling. The mic is amazing and it almost sounds professional. The light-up feature also looks great, adds a really nice glow if you're playing in the dark. You can mute and unmute which is a very helpful feature and also change the volume. The headphones are great for playing FPS games and I would definitely recommend grabbing one.

I can't believe the quality for the low price! They are super comfortable on my head, adjustable so it fits perfect. The sound is so good. Best I have ever heard in a headset. And the microphone is phenomenal. I did a self recording and had to mute a TV in a different room as it was picking up the sound so clearly that it sounded like I was in the same room. I'm loving it.

Cancels noise fairly well. Very recommended for gaming although if I could I would use it for just about anything. It makes the immersion more enjoyable. 3D sound quality improves gaming experience. You can actually hear footsteps in the direction enemies appear from on games. A good buy for a PS4 gamer. The lights work and they look very cool if you're into that stuff. However the lights won't work unless you connect the USB cord as well.

With the Covid 19 stay at home order, I knew I would need to do a lot of work at home including meetings and online training and with my other family members at home, it would be loud if we all had our devices on. I bought my first headphones in many, many years and I'm very impressed. The sound quality is excellent. The mic works great - not a single complaint about my voice during meetings despite complaints about many others.

I thought there was an issue when I would hear background sound when there was silence in my headphones. I quickly figured out that the issue was I was charging my phone near the computer my headphones were plugged in to. Once I moved the phone to charge from a different outlet, crystal clear sound.

Got these for my son and was extremely impressed with the sound output alone for the genre of music I listen to, Reggaeton. I had asked him to test a song out to here the bass output and it's more then satisfying for the price these headsets are pushing. Mu husband loves this brand of headsets. He has had one set already, but out puppy decided she loved them too and thought they were rather tasty lol. So here we go again buying another set of course the hubby wanted this so this is what we got and he is a happy fellow!! It gives him all the options he wants for gaming and discord, including being able to hear himself speak. Odd but he likes that. This is the only headset he could find that does that.
