There are two kinds of shipping method for different weight of package.
Free shipping for Standard Shipping (with products under 20kg) for 10-18 days.
US$9.99 for Fast Shipping (with products under 25kg) for 3-7 days.
ArkarTech guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. ArkarTech reimburses return shipping charges. Contact us for a RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.
If your country imposes high import taxes, please choose standard free shipping. Packages shipped via expedited service (Speedpost Global Express) are more likely to be opened and examined by your country's customs.
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days after order verification and credit approval. Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.
①Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower.
②Within 6 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
Customers may return defective items back to ArkarTech within 45 calendar days of delivery. ArkarTech passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways if the return is not a result of our error. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. ArkarTech will contact customers before committing the repairs.
