A smartphone with no headphone jack definitely means that Bluetooth headphones will be the new talk of the town because the majority of listeners do not own Bluetooth headphones at present. Wireless Bluetooth earphones are not only about music files; it's all about comfort and convenience.  

They are also beneficial for the sports market as dangling wires can get in the way while running. The comfort of multi-speaker, multi-user, multi-room wireless systems is a rising trend for many consumers.
