STANDARD SHIPPING

• We provide standard free shipping for orders over $14.99.
• Standard shipping is handled by the post office and usually takes 5-12 days for shipping.

FAST PRIORITY SHIPPING

• We select DHL/ FedEx express for priority shipping.
• Due to the influence of COVID19, the shipping time will be longer 1-2 weeks than before.
• Priority shipping with 3 - 7 day delivery available to most locations, prices vary by location and displayed at checkout.
• For order value is higher than $60, we suggest choose fast shipping that delivery success rate is guaranteed.
• Please note all EU countries and Canada impose tariffs for commercial express. Tariffs will be paid by the customer when the product is delivered,  so we don't provide fast priority shipping in such countries.

How Long It takes order to my country?

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:

• If you can't receive your products due to an incorrect address we don't take any responsibility and we don't give a refund. Please double check all information before confirming your order.
• During festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
• During certain peak shopping seasons, or during large sales, processing and dispatch time may increase.
• Tracking is provided on most shipments; not always will online tracking be available.
•  Note that delivery times may be longer than usual when the parcel reaches the destination country if unexpected delays occur when handed over to the local postal service. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number.

Using the tracking number you can follow the stages of delivery on your chosen shipping company's website for an estimation on when your product will arrive.

Returns Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Arkartech’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Returns must include all accessories
● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, Arkartech refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself
● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 7-day money-back guarantee expire 7 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 7-day window has lapsed. For purchases not made directly through Arkartech’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

LIMITED WARRANTY 

Arkartech electronic.,Co Ltd (“Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof are proven defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, without charge for parts or labor. 

This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which has been damaged through alteration, cleaning, maintenance, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, external causes, improper installation or unauthorized repair. This warranty only applies to noncommercial use of this product and is not transferable or assignable. 

This warranty is limited, exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any obligation, liability, right, claim or remedy in contract or tort, whether or not arising from the company’s negligence, actual or imputed. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any other liability in connection with this sale of this product. In no event shall company be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for more than the purchase price of the product. 


This warranty is not covering all the Accessories, Spare Parts, Replacement Parts items. They are wear and tear items, and damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.

Please note: Our warranty only work for directly order from www.arkartech.net. We don't provide warranty for any third-party seller customers. Buyer pays for shipping to return the item to us for inspection. By sending back your order you accept terms and conditions.
